How To Order A Gift From YuHu Gifts
Step 1: Find the Gift
- Browse the YuHu Gifts site for the perfect gift.
- Locate the right gift for them, and click on the product you want.
- On the product page, choose the variation you want (on select products).
- For Personalised Gifts – Add information you’d like to be personalised, such as names, personalised messages, or relevant year. Make sure your personalisation is spelled correctly.
- Select ‘Add to Basket’.
- You will then see a pop-up of your shopping basket. Choose ‘View Basket’ to see your gift or ‘Checkout’ if you’re ready to send it!
Step 2: Basket Summary
- Upon checkout, you can add a special touch to your gift, or if you’re happy, click ‘Secure Checkout’ to move to the next step.
Step 3: Delivery Information
- Fill in the Recipient details and all required information to help us get your gift delivered as soon as possible.
- Click ‘Secure Checkout’.
Step 4: Payment Methods
- Redeem a voucher if you have one activated (if not, you may skip this step).
- Enter your Credit Card details and then click on ‘Pay Now’ to confirm your order!
How Can I Find Out Where My YuHu Gifts Order Is?
Easy peasy, you will be updated throughout the process of your order, please allow our 7 days lead time for dispatch.
I Need To Change The Delivery Address, How Can I Do That?
If you realise that you have made an error on your delivery address on your order. Please let us know as soon as possible. You can email us info@yuhugifts.com and we will do everything we can to make the adjustments.
How do you ship your personalised gifts?
At YuHu Gifts we use Royal Mail 24 as our shipping provider.
What Happens If I Receive An Email Saying My Gift Has Been Delivered But My Recipient Didn’t Get It?
Please let us know as soon as possible so that we are able to look into problems like this. During Covid 19 we do understand that shipments may take a day or two longer than usual.
What Happens If I’m Not Happy With My YuHu Gifts Delivery?
With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, there’s no need to worry. If you or the recipient are not 100% satisfied with our delivery pop us an email with pictures and the faults to info@yuhugifts.com. We can either refund your order or replace it (Kindly note, this excludes any spelling errors made when placing your order).
What Method Of Payment Does YuHu Gifts Accept?
We currently accept Credit and Debit card payments and are in the process of introducing Apple Pay to our options.
What Are YuHu Gifts Delivery Times?
We work hard to ensure that your gift gets to its recipient as soon as possible. As such, our standard delivery is by using Royal Mail 24. Deliveries are avaiable as per Royal Mail schedules (generally from Monday – Saturday). Kindly note that there are no Sunday deliveries.
How Long Will It Take For My Gift To Be Delivered?
We aim to have your gift dispatched within 3 days from your order. YuHu Gifts would rather under promise and over deliver and if your gift arrives sooner it is always a win – win for you, the recipient and for our reputation. If you need a gift sooner, please let us know and we will try our best to work our magic and have it dispatched sooner.
I Ordered More Than One Gift, But My Order Items Are Arriving Separately And At Different Times. Why?
Kudos for spoiling them rotten! Unfortunately at times your gifts will be dispatched from one of three warehouses, so you may receive your gifts separately. No worries, though; all your gifts are on their way!
